At Rock Spring Village, our staff know our residents personally.
We know much more than just names and needs. We know their pasts, their preferences, their hobbies, their families. Additionally, we are proud to say that many of our employees have worked here for at least 5 years, and that several have been here since our opening in 1989. The staff members share a committment to providing care to our residents that is deeply rooted, and that is evident.
We strive to provide the highest quality care in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Our residents come from many walks of life, and we celebrate this diversity. Our community is made up of former farmers, bankers, steel mill workers, clerical workers, homemakers, medical professionals, teachers, and religious leaders. The list goes on. We do not incorporate a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Rather, we recognize the individuality of each of our residents.
